Professional wrestling training teaches physical conditioning, safe falling mechanics, and ring psychology, core fundamentals used by every professional. 

Experience a typical class

Our classes are dynamic, challenging, and supportive. Every athlete has different strengths and weaknesses, but none of us succeed alone. We foster an environment where everyone uplifts each other to reach their full potential.

Class Structure Breakdown

  • Warm-Up (10–15 minutes)
    • Light calisthenics and stretching to get the body moving safely.
    • Basic tumbling like forward and backward rolls to learn how to fall without getting hurt.
  • Fundamentals and Drills (15–20 minutes)
    • Footwork and body positioning both in and out of the ring.
    • Learning how to "sell" a move safely (reacting to make a fake hit look real).
    • Cooperative balance and trust exercises with a partner.
  • Ring Time (15–20 minutes)
    • Stepping inside a real ring to practice simple routines.
    • Practicing safe, guided actions like running ropes, corner work, and basic sequences.
  • Cool-Down and Recap (5–10 minutes)
    • A calm review of what was taught.
    • Positive feedback from coaches to build confidence.
