At MAS Lucha, we offer lucha libre and professional wrestling classes designed to nurture talent from a young age through adulthood. Our curriculum is thoughtfully structured to ensure safety, skill development, and a rewarding experience for every student.

Training programs by age group

• Curriculum available for ages 6-9, 10-12, 13-15, and adult age groups.
• Children's age groups are restricted from "high risk maneuvers" to ensure safety.
• Classes for children are limited to 15 students per class for personalized attention.
• No "bumping" or inverting a partner is permitted for students under 13 years of age.
